1. Shipping Overview

At Mood & Material, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed home décor — from handcrafted rugs to curated pillows and decorative accents — directly to your door.

We currently ship orders within the United States and are working to expand international delivery options soon.

2. Processing Time

  • All in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery location.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for most items at an additional cost.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

  • Oversized items (such as large rugs) may require additional shipping time or carrier coordination. You’ll be notified if this applies to your order.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

    We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

7. International Shipping (Coming Soon)
